I am currently serving as the Dean of the School of Computing at Holy Angel University, where I lead academic programs and initiatives that strengthen our commitment to excellence in technology and cybersecurity education.
Before this role, I worked at The Future University in Khartoum, Sudan as a lecturer, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students. I also served as the MIS Director at Systems Plus College Foundation, where I managed the daily operations of the MIS Department and oversaw the school’s IT infrastructure. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at several universities, including Holy Angel University, Baliwag University, and Angeles University Foundation, as a part-time instructor for undergraduate studies and guest lecturer for postgraduate programs.
My professional background includes extensive experience in application development across desktop, web, and mobile platforms (Android and iOS), with a focus on building scalable, multi-platform solutions. I am also a cybersecurity enthusiast, certified as an Ethical Hacker and Penetration Tester, and passionate about developing hands-on learning environments that bridge academic theory and real-world security practice.
On a personal note, I am a proud father of four children from my first marriage — Mary Abigail, Mary Angel-lyn, Mary Adelaine, and Albert — and I am now happily married to Jennifer E. Tayag, with whom I am blessed with our first son, Maverick John.
